If Cat/Kitten Is Adopted As A Pet, Purchaser Agrees To Neuter Or Spay
Cat/Kitten Between The Ages Of Four And Eight Months, Or Within Thirty Days
After Purchase And Agrees This Cat Will NOT Be Used For Stud OR Breeding

Breeder Guarantees The Following:
1. To the best of my knowledge, the above described cat/kitten is free
from congenital defects or hereditary malformations
2. The cat/kitten is to be examined by a licensed veterinarian within
5 days after adoption, and if upon an examination a serious health problem
is discovered, the cat/kitten MUST BE returned to the breeder, also within
that period.
4. Health problems related to the environmental conditions including,
but not limited to parasites, change in diet, allergies, and litter training
are not covered in the health guarantee.
5. Problems stemming from failure to provide sanitary conditions
including, but not limited to food, water, and waste disposal (litter box) are
not covered in the health guarantee
6. Declawing is NOT recommended. Any problems occurring from this
action will NOT be covered by this contract.
7. FELV,FIV and FIP vaccinations are not recommended and will null and
void this health gaurantee, _______ (please intial).
Purchaser Agrees To The Following:
1. Buyer accepts the responsibility for this feline and providing for
its welfare.
2. The breeder assumes no responsibility for this feline after leaving
the premises for medical expenses, or mortality. The breeder will not be responsible
for injury to the feline after leaving the premises.
3. The buyer agrees that this feline will always receive prompt medical
care, and will be kept up to date on vaccinations.
4. Under no circumstances will this cat/kitten be sold, leased, or given
to any pet shop, research lab or similar facility.
5. Adequate indoor sanitary facilities will be provided and this
cat/kitten will not be allowed to roam outdoors.
6. If this cat is found to be neglected, purchaser will surrender said
animal unconditionally and without any monetary compensation.
7. If for any reason buyer cannot care for the feline or decides they no longer want responsibility for the cat/kitten then the cat/kitten will be returned to the breeder without monetary compensation.
8. Purchaser agrees to abide by spade or neuter clause listed above in
relation to release of papers.
THERE WILL BE NO
REPLACEMENT ONLY! VETERINARY BILLS ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBLILITY
OF THE
